I’ve been there. Not just as a consultant reading case studies, but as a co-founder who’s built an eCommerce brand from the ground up and risked his own money. The wins, the fails, the late-night pivots – they’ve all shaped my approach to what really moves the needle in online retail.

In 2015, my leap into eCommerce began with a product idea, a bit of funding, and a plane ticket to China. I still remember standing in a Shenzhen factory at 2 AM, trying to explain why our packaging needed to be silk matte, not satin matte, to a manufacturer who had no sense of aesthetics at all.

Building an eCommerce brand from scratch meant navigating the exhilarating highs and challenging lows. Starting with a single product, we scaled within 12 months into both online and brick-and-mortar operations, expanding our product range and operational knowledge along the way. The revenue numbers weren’t impressive by today’s standards, but the education was priceless.

We experimented with in-house solutions and worked with countless agencies and contractors. This hands-on experience showed me exactly what businesses face when scaling their online presence – the good, the bad, and the expensive lessons in between.

This experience led me to develop my own eCommerce solution. Working with various D2C businesses in a constantly evolving market and technological landscape has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise I now offer you.
