Fresh Supply needed to differentiate themselves as innovative newcomers in the competitive cannabinoid market with zero brand recognition. We built an unconventional digital experience combining striking visual design, custom 3D animations, interactive WebGL scene, and tailored WordPress development.

Fresh Supply Inc, a newcomer focused on innovative cannabinoid products for discerning consumers, understood this challenge. They weren’t interested in blending in; they aimed to make a statement.

The Challenge

Fresh Supply faced the classic challenge of a new business in a competitive market: how to quickly establish a memorable brand and attract customers.

The specific challenges were:

  • Market saturation. The cannabinoid industry was becoming increasingly crowded with similar-looking websites using predictable design patterns.
  • Breaking through the noise. The existing online landscape for cannabinoid products was saturated. A standard website wouldn’t suffice.
  • Communicating innovation. Fresh Supply’s focus on new and unique products needed to be immediately apparent to website visitors.
  • Building brand recognition. As a new entity, Fresh Supply had zero brand recognition. The website was the primary tool for establishing their identity.

  • Visual identity and art direction. A bold and unconventional visual identity was developed, moving away from the typical “green and leafy” aesthetic often seen in the industry. The art direction focused on creating a bright and memorable visual experience.
  • Bespoke 3D modeling and animation. Simple, yet impactful, 3D models and animations were incorporated to add a layer of dynamism and interactivity, setting the website apart from static, image-heavy competitors. This subtly communicated the “innovative” aspect of Fresh Supply’s products.
  • Interactive 3D scene. A custom WebGL scene was developed to create an engaging and interactive experience, drawing users in and encouraging exploration.

  • Custom WordPress Plugin. We developed a proprietary plugin that allowed Fresh Supply to easily update product information across multiple sections of the site while maintaining consistent branding.
  • Custom Elementor Widget. This allowed for greater design flexibility and control within the Elementor page builder.
  • Analytics. A robust analytics setup was implemented to track website performance and user behavior, providing data for future optimization.
This combination of design and development created a website that was not only visually striking but also highly functional and tailored to Fresh Supply’s specific needs.
